A Learning Journey: The Beginning

Hi there! 👋 I’m Ashley Daugherty (Pronounced: Doc•er•ty) and I’m here to spread all the love of learning!

In today’s world, we are always learning. Whether it’s your little one learning how to read or maybe it’s you wanting to change up your lifestyle, we seek out new information which ultimately reinforces or changes our mindsets.

My husband and I embarked on our learning journey about a year ago when we *attempted* to start living a wholesome lifestyle in order to prepare for a growing family! There was SO much to learn. But more on that later! 😏

Ultimately, I hope to encourage you today! Maybe you are seeking out new information to help yourself or family. As a former teacher and reading specialist, I hope to encourage you with different learning perspectives and literacy strategies! And as a lifelong learner, I hope to motivate you with research and accounts that I find to be helpful as you begin your #lifelonglearner journey!
